Terms of Service

By accessing or using IdeationX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

IdeationX provides a web-based platform connecting startup founders with investors. Our services include user profiles, directory listings, direct messaging, meeting scheduling, and networking features.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• One person may not maintain more than one account

You retain ownership of content you post on IdeationX. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others

IdeationX is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment platform. We facilitate connections between startups and investors but do not participate in, guarantee, or verify any investment transactions. All investment decisions are made solely between the parties involved.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any investment decisions. IdeationX assumes no liability for investment outcomes.

You may not:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest user data
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Create accounts through automated means (bots)
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

IdeationX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeationX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
